Who We AreTake 5 Improv is a company of veteran improvisers and comedians bringing high quality shows and classes to the south King County area.
Our Classes
Whether you’re looking for an intro to what improv is all about, or you simply want to play improv games and make new friends, or you’re an indie team seeking focused coaching to take your shows to the next level of polish, we’ve got you covered! Our teaching artists have decades of experience teaching students with all levels of experience.
Right now we’re taking expressions of interest for our Intro to Improv classes. You can sign up below and we’ll send you more information when those courses are available to start! We’ll also let you know when we host free improv jams and play sessions as well!

We’re working towards building out a brand new space and home for comedy in Renton: Canvas Theater.
Our vision for an 89 seat theater space is in the works! You can follow along on the progress via our “Let’s Build A Theater” podcast, and support us via our Ko-Fi.
